Fertilizing Your Lawn Is A SNAP!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Scotts®. All opinions are 100% mine.

As much as I look forward to spring every year, all the lawn and garden prep work that needs to be done sometimes feels a little overwhelming. This weekend was SO gorgeous that I knew there was no more procrastinating the inevitable. It was time to give the lawn a much-needed feeding.

Since the hubster was out of town, and this is usually his area of expertise, I decided I would enlist the help of Number One Son (and his cute new wife Kaitlyn - the photographer for this session). Luckily he was happy to help (there may have been some "incentives" involved, but I am not at liberty to say) because I was a little intimidated by the prospect.

As it turns out I had NOTHING to be intimidated about. According to my son, the whole task was literally a SNAP thanks to the Scotts® Snap® Spreader System. Set the bag onto the base, and start spreading!  I think from start to finish it took him about 15 minutes! (And I had set aside the whole morning for this project!  HA!  Now I had time to ENJOY the beautiful day...instead of spend it all on yard work.)

What Erik liked best about the Scotts® Snap® Spreader System:  the automatic application feature takes the guesswork out of fertilizing and the EdgeGuard  that keeps the fertilizer on the lawn, so none is wasted in the street or on the sidewalk.

What I liked best about the Scotts® Snap® Spreader System:  kid and pet-friendly and super easy to store. (It's all set for it's next application!)

Thanks Erik and Kaitlyn (and Scotts)! Can't wait to see the beautiful results of "our" weekend "labors".  ;-)
